1) Return Windows (Quick Summary)

In-Store Purchases: Exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase (eligible items only).

Online Purchases: Returns accepted within 40 days of the order date (return in-store or by mail).
2) Holiday Return Policy
2.1 In-Store Purchases (Holiday Extension)

Purchases made 10/6/2025 through 12/24/2025 can be exchanged or returned for store credit through 1/25/2026.

Our standard in-store policy (14 days; exchange/store credit only) applies to all in-store purchases made on or after 12/26/2025.
2.2 Online Purchases (Holiday Extension)

Purchases made 10/6/2025 through 12/25/2025 can be returned through 2/4/2026.

Our standard online policy (40 days) applies to all online purchases made on or after 12/26/2025.
3) Standard Return Policy
3.1 In-Store Purchases (14 Days — Exchange or Store Credit Only)

Exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase for eligible in-store purchases.

Eligible items must be full-priced, unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with tickets, tags, and garment labels attached.

Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Final sale items include: art and prints, damaged items, food items, lingerie, plants and cacti, sale items, skateboards, sunglasses, worn items.

Returns/exchanges without a receipt may be declined or issued store credit at our discretion. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required to issue and redeem store credit.

Store credit issued in-store is non-transferable and redeemable in-store only (unless otherwise stated).
3.2 Online Purchases (40 Days — Return In-Store or By Mail)

Items purchased online can be returned within 40 days of the order date, either:

Returned in-store, or

Returned by mail (see Section 4).

Items must be returned in original condition: unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags and original packaging. Items that do not meet these standards may be returned at the customer’s expense.

Returns initiated within the return window are eligible for a refund to the original payment method, minus an $8.99 ($12.99 for AK/HI) return shipping fee, unless there was a Collective2ONE9 error.

Oversized items may have additional non-refundable shipping surcharges.
4) Returns by Mail (Online Orders Only)

Initiate the return process online to create an Instant Store Credit or request a refund.
-
Use the provided return label (or original box) to send back the merchandise.

Items must be received within 10 days of processing the return label or a charge will incur for the Instant Store Credit amount.

A $2.95 fee applies to returns for an exchange or replacement.
5) Exchanges & Instant Store Credit (Online Orders)

Online exchanges or replacements processed through our website receive Instant Store Credit, available immediately and valid for 60 days.

Replacement items can be ordered before return merchandise is received but must arrive within 10 days.

Unused credit after 60 days will revert to the original payment method.

Orders processed with Instant Store Credit are eligible for $2.95 return shipping and $2.95 shipping on the replacement order (contiguous US only).
6) Traditional Return Method (Online Orders by Mail)

Complete the return form and use the prepaid shipping label included with your package.

Customers choosing not to use the prepaid label are responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing will occur once the return is received. Exchanges will be subject to item availability.
7) Important Notes

Returns and exchanges are subject to local, state, and federal restrictions.

Original shipping costs and any applicable surcharges are non-refundable.
